Step 3: We receive, weigh and record your goods, then consolidate them and ship by sea or air.

Step 4: Track every step with your waybill number, then collect your cleared cargo at our Spintex Road Commercial Hub in Accra or Tema Port MPS Terminal 3.

  • Sea freight: Consolidated sea freight (LCL groupage) at $270/CBM, all-inclusive of ocean freight, export handling and import customs clearance — share a container with other BBS4 customers instead of paying for a whole one.
  • Sea transit: about 35–45 days to Tema Port MPS Terminal 3.
  • Air cargo: Express air cargo from China (Guangzhou, Yiwu), Dubai and India (Mumbai) in about 5–7 business days, from $14.50/kg chargeable weight (minimum 1 kg).
  • Collection: our Spintex Road Commercial Hub in Accra or Tema Port MPS Terminal 3.
  • Customs clearance: handled by BBS4 (ICUMS).
  • Pay in Ghana with MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, Paystack or bank transfer.
  • Local currency: GHS.

Your shipping mark is your unique customer code (for example BBS4-001-KUMASI-GH-0244412370). Write it on every package sent to our warehouses so we can identify, record and track your goods. You get it when you create your account in the BBS4 app.
How can I pay for shipping to Ghana?
In Ghana you can pay with MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, Paystack or bank transfer. BBS4 can also pay your suppliers in China (RMB) and Dubai (AED) for you.
